Finally im not crazy and alone in this weird problem xD I did find few more ppl having same issue and they didn't have solution at all. I tried that what you said and nothing still same, BUT i did find to bypass a problem.
I just unplugged headphones from that small usb dongle and plug in direct into motherboard or front panel 3. All works fine! You don't have anymore that usb dongle but i its same sound thru motherboard audio chipset so there is no problem for me.
One small thing is you need cable with splitter to get mic working too, and cable of the headphones is very short so you basically even if you are not using mic you will need cable. That is about it for now, i have no other solution Until there is solution to use them normally. I'm sure that some drivers are colliding, don't know if it nvidia drivers might be or windows just playing stupid like always with audio drivers!
I did ask support from Kingston but still didn't get reply back. Guess we won't have to rely on support from Kingston, I've had contact and they told me its out of warranty so tough luck. Got the same errors in event viewer , uninstalled the Hid headset device , but the problem is still there I have the same Error since but my PC never crashed or frezzed. The Error in eventlog should not cause a PC Crash or audio problems and also have nothing to do with nvidia.

For my case, my PC freezes and crashes during gaming and idle. I replaced every component in my PC and still the problem persists. I reinstalled windows 10 multiple times and still the problem persists. Its weird because I would still be able to talk in discord for maybe 10 seconds but the in game sound is mute and gone.
However, when I just plug the headphone jack directly to the audio port the sound is fine. Now I know for sure what the problem is and it is in line with yours. Have you found a solution to this yet?
