When I went the App Store to and hit the "check for unfinished downloads" from the menu it told me again "All files have been downloaded. Use the Purchases page to download again". I went to the Purchases page and gave it another shot and this time I didn't even get the error. It just wouldn't do anything. It simply says "error" in read next to the "install" button as it usually does.

The file did go away after I went to the Purchases tab and tried to download it. That was the first time I had seen the file on my computer even partially. The site that I'm getting them from, states that they are. This used to work in Safari, from the exact same sites I'm now having the issue with. I can Export as PDF Which is my current workaround. But this isn't a great option, since it won't auto increments the file name, as Safari would normally do when you click the Download icon when viewing the PDF.

I generally don't open PDF's as I wind up saving them anyway. It may be specific to the systems the sites you are using use -- packaged software set up for certain security checks. Mar 3, AM.
